Nineteenth Annual AMTE Conference Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may request a partial refund using the following refund schedule:

  • Prior to Registration deadline: $25 processing fee
  • Between Registration deadline and Late Registration deadline: $50 processing fee
  • After Late Registration deadline: no refund can be given

Please note that your request for a refund must be received in writing to Tim Hendrix (hendrixt@meredith.edu) by the close of business (PST) on January 30, 2015. After this date, no refunds can be given. This policy is necessary to cover commitments to the hotel and other conference-related expenses.

Please allow four to six weeks for your refund to be processed.
