Sixteenth Annual AMTE Conference Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may request a partial refund using the following refund schedule:

  • Prior to Registration deadline: $25 processing fee
  • Between Registration deadline and Late Registration deadline: $50 processing fee
  • After Late Registration deadline: no refund can be given

Please note that your request for a refund must be received in writing (email or fax to Nadine Bezuk) by the close of business (PST) on January 27, 2012. After this date, no refunds can be given. This policy is necessary to cover commitments to the hotel and other conference-related expenses.

Please allow four to six weeks for your refund to be processed.
