Fourteenth Annual AMTE Conference, 2010

The Fourteenth Annual Conference of the Association of Mathematics Teacher Educators (AMTE) will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Irvine, California from Thursday, January 28 through Saturday, January 30, 2010.

  1. Conference sessions will begin at 1:00 pm on Thursday afternoon.
  2. The General Session will begin about 5:00 p.m. on Thursday followed by dinner on your own.
  3. Conference sessions will run all day Friday; conference registration includes continental breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Friday.
  4. On Saturday, sessions will run all morning and end at approximately 2:30 p.m.; conference registration includes continental breakfast and lunch on Saturday.

Conference Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may request a partial refund using the following refund schedule:

  • Prior to Registration deadline: $25 processing fee
  • Between Registration deadline and Late Registration deadline: $50 processing fee
  • After Late Registration deadline: no refund can be given

Please note that your request for a refund must be received in writing (email or fax to Nadine Bezuk) by the close of business (PST) on January 15, 2010. After this date, no refunds can be given. This policy is necessary to cover commitments to the hotel and other conference-related expenses.

Please allow four to six weeks for your refund to be processed.
