Essential Functions and Objectives:

The Math Fellow Coordinator supports and evaluates the professional experiences of Math Fellows for the improvement of student growth and achievement. Provides solutions for daily management issues involving Fellow-Student relationships, Fellow-Fellow relationships and Fellow-Staff relationships. Conducts walk throughs, formal evaluations, and recognizes Math Fellows on a regular basis. Reviews and analyzes performance data and student reviews and plans and facilitates program changes as needed.

 

Knowledge, Experience, & Other Qualifications:

 

Background as a Math Specialist or a minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a leadership capacity. Prior classroom teaching experience strongly preferred.

Provides instruction in Math following DPS standards-based curriculum.

 

Education Requirements:

 
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. Master's degree preferred.
