Tenure-Track Faculty Position in Mathematics Education

The Mathematics and Statistics Department of Minnesota State University, Mankato invites applications for a tenure-track position in Mathematics Education. Applicants must have an earned Ph.D. in Mathematics Education or Ph.D. in Mathematics with a strong emphasis in Mathematics Education (degree requirements completed no later than December 1, 2007 ); two years experience teaching mathematics in grades 5-12; and, graduate coursework in mathematics beyond the masters level. Duties include Teaching, Research, and Program Development. Review of candidates begins on October 31, 2006 . Position begins on August 20, 2007 (appointment beginning January 10, 2007 is possible).
