RENEWAL OF AFFILIATION Due date February 1, 2015
No later than February 1, 2015, please complete the online Renewal of Affiliation form, submit a current member list, and send a check payable to AMTE for $80. Retain a copy for your files. If payment is not made by April 1, renewal will include a late penalty for a total of $100. If an affiliate does not renew by August 1, an Affiliate’s status will be declared Inactive and the group will not be eligible for services until payment is confirmed. Payments from Affiliates that owe dues for a previous year will first be applied to the previous year’s balance. If affiliation dues become one year past due, an Affiliate will have its charter withdrawn.
Affiliation dues cover the fiscal year beginning February 1, 2015 and ending January 31, 2016 and are non-refundable. New affiliates pay dues beginning with the affiliation year that follows the annual meeting at which they receive their charter.
